Because they are a tropical species, they are incredibly fast-growing and love the warmth of a cozy kitchen.

• Easy to grow: Just mist daily and keep in a spot with indirect light. These are "speed demons" and will often produce pins within just a few days of opening! Ideal room temps: 20–28°C (68–82°F).

• Flavor & Texture: When cooked until crispy, Pink Oysters have a savory, smoky flavor that many people compare to bacon. They have a slightly more delicate texture than our Silverstone variety, making them perfect for breakfast hashes or as a colorful topping for salads.
