The Patient Harvest: Shiitake is a "slow and steady" grower. Unlike Oysters, these require a significant "browning" period to mature. We handle this entire incubation and aging process for you so your kit is ready to fruit the moment it hits your doorstep.

Note: Because we inoculate your kit to order, this variety has a significantly longer wait time. We do not ship Shiitake kits until they are fully matured and ready to produce.
